Stoltzfoos Golf Carts in Leola, PA is amazing. Every person that I have dealt with in that store is nice and as pleasant as can be, and yes, even in the time of Covid! From the first time I rented a golf cart from them to the many times I've purchased products since, they've been absolutely 100% helpful. They are prompt and efficient. They respond to emails within hours to even minutes. They always answer phone and call back the same day with answers. I was even given one of gentleman worker's mobile number to text or call if I decided I wanted to return the Golf cart on a different day than I anticipated, over a holiday!! Prices are more than reasonable. Even when they are helping other customers they still check in with you. They really care. I drive almost an hour to get there and never once minded, because that's the type of customer service I would drive hours for.
